Report from ESPN claims that Chelsea is considering landing former Liverpool star on a loan deal to Stamford Bridge as they are not sure of overtaking Man Utd is signing the England International Sancho.

Coutinho has been looking for a way to go back to the English premier league and Blue's interest in the player seems to be a player answered for him.

If he will pick up a good form again, it will be a better signing for Frank Lampard.
