Done Deal - Man Utd agreed £30,000-a-week deal with their player

Manchester United have extended the Scottish midfielder contract to 2023.

Good News for Man Utd fans as the club yesterday officially announced that the Scottish midfielder, Scott McTominay, has signed a new four and a half year deal with the club.

From the Mail, the 22-year-old Scottish international has sealed a deal that will earn him £30,000-a-week (£7million until June 2023).

The ManUtd midfielder has been offloaded and the Reds want to re-ignite their center by signing top players from the world.

previously, the McTominary earning at the club was around £25,000-a-week according to The Daily Star and I do not see any high improvement in his performance to warrant an increment in his new United deal.

Although Manchester United has used him in the number of positions in the midfield and also in the defense line and the coach thinks he is an 'intelligent' player and he fits his plan at the club.

The ManUtd blocking midfielder has featured 33 times for United in all competitions this season and mostly in the central position but he has neither scored a goal nor given an assist but he is good in the defensive midfield.

In the aspect of the defensive midfield role, he is doing very well and has proven to offer solid play-breaker, but he is not a natural defender although he plays very well in that position sometimes.
