Premier League clubs confirm the date to resume the league matches
The English Premier League clubs have set up a date for the resumption of the football league in England.
According to an early report, the Premier League clubs which consist of all the teams in England including the top clubs such as Manchester United, Chelsea, Manchester City, and Liverpool have agreed on June 17 as the new resumption date for the continuation of the suspended league campaign due to the emergency of coronavirus pandemic.
According to the Telegraph, the following latest meeting among the England club today, the meeting went successful with the top premier clubs agree to restart the premier league matches which will kickstart a frenzy of action in other to complete the season.
The first matches that will open up this campaign will reportedly be on Wednesday, June 17, which sees Manchester City playing against Arsenal at Etihad Stadium and Sheffield United hosting Aston Villa -

After that between Mancity/Arsenal and Sheffield/Aston Villa, the next match will be on Friday night between Tottenham Hotsup and Manchester United, after which the rest of the game will be spread out across the weekend as usually in other to allow for maximum television coverage.
