IAN WRIGHT SAYS ARSENAL HAVE A PLAYER WHO ‘HAS GOT EVERYTHING’… EXCEPT GOALS

On Premier League Productions, Ian Wright stated that he would like to see Arsenal attacking midfielder Emile Smith Rowe add goals to his game.

The Arsenal legend made the remarks after the Gunners defeated West Bromwich Albion 3-1 at the Emirates Stadium in North London on Sunday evening.

Smith Rowe opened the scoring for the Gunners in the 29th minute, and they went on to win all three points.

It was the 20-year-first old's Premier League goal for Arsenal, and club legend Wright wants him to keep scoring.

Smith Rowe, according to the former England international striker, can be a complete midfielder if he adds goals to his game.

On Premier League Productions, Wright said of Smith Rowe, "It's the one thing he wants to do." He wishes to add more objectives.

He's been playing exceptionally well. The only thing he needs to improve his game – because he has everything, one touch, two touches, round the corner, pace – is to add more goals.”

Smith Rowe has succeeded Mesut Ozil as Arsenal's chief creative officer this season.

The attacking midfielder has performed admirably when paired with Real Madrid-owned Martin Odegaard or when he is the main man in charge of creating chances.

It is critical for an attacking midfielder to score goals. Steven Gerrard and Frank Lampard, both Premier League legends, excelled at scoring from midfield.

Smith Rowe needs to add goals to his game and should not be afraid to take long-range shots or run into the opposition's penalty box and shoot.
