'On fire', 'Doing his thing': Some Chelsea fans laud 'excellent' 23-year-old Blues-owned star


Chelsea fans applaud Fikayo Tomori after he scores the first goal for AC Milan.



Fikayo Tomori scored his first goal for AC Milan in last night's 3-0 win over Juventus. Chelsea fans responded positively to their on-loan center-back after the game on Twitter.


Tomori joined the Serie A giants in January and has had plenty of opportunities to play at the San Siro. He has appeared in 18 matches in all competitions and has largely impressed.

          Under Frank Lampard, the defender was struggling for playing time. Above him in the pecking order are Kurt Zouma, Thiago Silva, Antoni Rudiger, and Andreas Christensen.


          Milan has a purchase option on the player for the season. He will make his move to Italy permanent if the Italian club pays a fee of about £25 million.



          Tomori has made 27 appearances for the Blues but seems to be reaping the rewards of being out there and playing regularly. He is still learning at the age of 23, but it is obvious that he has a promising future ahead of him.
