UEFA confirms if Arsenal fans can attend Europa League final

If Arsenal defeats Villarreal in the semi-finals on Thursday, some Arsenal fans will be able to attend the Europa League final.

According to Mail Sport, UEFA has reached an agreement with the Polish government to allow nearly 10,000 fans into the Gdansk Stadium for the May 26 showpiece.

Arsenal will be given 2,000 tickets for their supporters, with an additional 2,000 tickets going on general sale, which means that some other Gooners will be able to get their hands on them if they are desperate to see their team play in the final.

Since Poland is not on the UK's green list, fans who attend the showpiece will have to separate themselves when they return home.

Now that their fans will be able to attend the game, the Gunners must play their part in making that happen by defeating Villarreal later this week in order to advance to the final.

They have a decent chance after scoring an away goal in the first leg, which they lost 2-1.

Arsenal will look to finish the job against Unai Emery's side, with the likes of Kierney and Alexandre Lacazette likely to feature.
