        “Now it's almost done,” Romano stated on his YouTube channel. Raphael Varane has agreed to join Manchester United.



        “The agreement is nearing completion, with the two teams negotiating the payment structure and price.

        “Everything will be finished in the next few days. Varane will be a Manchester United player. Manchester United has a five-year personal contract with him.

        “Varane wants to play for Manchester United. He believes it is something very significant for him. In principle, the clubs have reached an agreement.”



        Varane had two goals and two assists in 31 La Liga games for Real Madrid last season.

        Manchester United hopes to fight for the Premier League title next season after finishing second and without a trophy the previous season.
